Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Theresa Stoodley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

STOODLEY, Theresa - Peacefully at the Marianhill Palliative Care Unit on Friday, March 14th, 2014 in her 89th year.Theresa Stoodley (nee Giroux) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Arnold Stoodley. Loving mother of Michael (Ann) Stoodley. Caring Nanny to Alison (Peter) Mackenzie, Amy (Eric) Liberty and Adam Stoodley. Dear great grandmother to Sailor Jane, Kitty and Beckham Mackenzie, Aidan, Evan, Colin and Justin Liberty. Dear sister of Emile (Silvia) Giroux of Pembroke and Reina (Ken) Farrell of Oshawa. Predeceased by parents Isadore and Lorette Giroux (nee Pleau), by sister Jeanette Mullen, and by brother Roy Giroux. Respecting Theresa’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke on Friday, March 28th, 2014 at 11 a.m. Spring interment of ashes at St Columba’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Marianhill Alzheimer - McCluskey Centre would be appreciated. Arrangements by the Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke.
