DUPONT, Roland - Peacefully in hospital Pembroke on Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 in his 77th year. Roland Dupont of Pembroke beloved partner of Anita Lair. Loving son of the late Fred and Cécilia Dupont (nee St Cyr). Dear brother of Denis (Estelle), Nepean, René, Montreal, Roger (Rosemary), Alymer and Donald, Alymer and brother in-law Ernie Lamkie of Pembroke. Also survived by family members Marcel (Joanne) Schofield, Gerry (Debbie) Schofield, André (Laura) Schofield, Donald Schofield, Robert (Dianne) Schofield and Mathilda (Paul) Rogers. Predeceased by his late wife Ann Dupont and sisters Madeleine Lamkie, Jean (Murray Loveless) and Muriel (Conrad Ragaisis). Ron was a die-hard Montreal Canadian Hockey Fan. Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home 491 Isabella St., Pembroke, ON, K8A 5T8 (613) 732-7481on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
