MCGONEGAL, Mary - Peacefully in hospital Pembroke on Monday, March 23rd, 2015 in her 69th year. Mary McGonegal (nee Sylvestre) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Beatty S. McGonegal. Loving mother of Erin (Robert) Mayne and James McGonegal. Dear sister of Eileen (Ernie) Lamb, Noreen (John) Shepherd, Michelle (the late Jim) Niefer, John Sylvestre, Denise (Wayne) Helgason, Gerald (Kathy) Sylvestre and Greg (Nancy) Sylvestre. Dear daughter-in-law of Merril and Jean McGonegal, and sister-in-law of Sherry (Ron) Gilchrist. Devout friend of Gail Fletcher. Predeceased by parents Hubert M. and Frances Sylvestre (nee McGovern). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke, ON, K8A 5T8 (613) 732-7481 on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Thursday, March 26th, 2015 at 2 p.m., followed by cremation.
