GODIN, Mae - Peacefully at Miramichi Lodge on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016 in her 89th year. Mae Godin (nee Ellis) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Elroy Godin. Loving mother of Patricia Anne (Ted) McConnell of Cobden, Penny "Penelope" (Bruce) Burnett of Newmarket and Charlene (Stan) Columbus of Orillia. Caring grandmother of Christian (Ania), Jason (Tanya) and James McConnell, Corrine (Neal Baiden), Chad (Jessica) Burnett and Kaitlin (Andres Rincon) Burnett, and Curtis (Diana) and Craig (Jenn) Columbus. Caring great grandmother of Matthew, Emma, Nicholas, Rebecca, Freddy and Aurora McConnell, Riley and Julia Baiden, Bodie and Bates Burnett, and Chloe, Sophia and Emmett Columbus. Dear sister-in-law of Lois (the late Don) Holden of Pembroke, Shirley (the late Ted) White of Pembroke, Robert of Pembroke, T.J. (Ethel) of Pembroke, Elaine (George) Quinn of Killalloe and Rubena (the late Emmett) Godin. Predeceased by brothers Harry and James, by sisters Vera and Virene, and by brother-in-law James "Jimmy" (the late Betty Ann) Godin. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke on Monday, January 11th, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Miramichi Lodge, Dementia Unit would be appreciated. Arrangements by the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke.
