The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cindy Ann Chartrand can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Cindy's mom Zeta and my mom Jenny were sisters. I only met Cindy a few times over the years. Most of them for family gatherings of this nature. I know she had difficulties in her somewhat short life! Our heavenly Father will be looking after her now. She will be at peace now that she has gone to a better place. God bless her. Larry.
