The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Marguerite Bertola can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My Always Endearing, Everlasting Aunt:
To my Mom, uncle Brian and aunts Jan and Pauline, I have been thinking about you a lot lately. I hope that the huge love of your family gives you peace during this difficult time. Your sister, my Aunt Margaret, was a family treasure for decades. She was a remarkable lady who helped me enormously – in fact, without her care and inspiration, when I was a teenager, I would not be successful today. Beautiful, delicate, sweet and kind are just a sampling of words to portray her. Famously known as ‘Maggie’ throughout our family she was stylish, from nine to almost 90, and the very essence of life every day. Charming and luminous in spirit, she was always too good and generous. How will we get along with out her now?
