The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Michael James Code can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: To Mike, Dan and the Code Family, Please except our sincere condolences. It was a pleasure to have known your father, speaking to him from time to time was always enjoyable to me because he always had the funniest stories and he always spoke from the heart. He always welcomed our family at his cottage and I thank him for that. Big hugs to all his family, may he rest in peace! Love always, The Bissonnettes! xoxo

Condolence From: Graham and Joanne , Paulina, Orlando
Condolence: We met your Dad about a year ago when he arrived at Villa Marconi and immediately developed a friendship. We would meet after church every Sunday and during and after music on Mondays and tell stories share our experiences, and talk about our families. Your Mom arrived a short time later and joined the "gang". Your Dad shared with us his health condition and prognosis but he was so upbeat and joyful you would never have known what in fact was happening to him. I was fortunate to see him just before he passed and even though he was in horrific pain he recognized me we shook hands he told me my name and we shed a tear. Jim had faith in God and had told us that God would decide when the time was right and he was at peace with that. Orlando would ask me when I arrived if I had seen "Jimmy" and he made sure he got an update as to his health condition. I will tell you it was an honor and a pleasure to have known your Dad he was a man of integrity and truly saw the best in people. He loved his family and spoke of each one with great pride and you will miss him terribly but he is no longer suffering which is a blessing.... thank you for sharing your Dad with us.
