Condolence: Oh Uncle Orville, you are going to be so sadly missed. Both my daughter and I weep at the loss. You were our rock, sturdy and always there. No matter if we strayed and didn't speak for months or years, you were there when we found our way back. You loved unconditionally, and always told us the truth whether we liked it or not, and that's why we loved you. You are so going to be missed, and I am going to feel the loss at our annual Christmas family phone call. Love you always

Condolence: The sound of your voice Echoes loudly in my mind with the words "don't you start crying now", being repeated. You had a heart of gold, an advice for every situation......even if the advice was not always wanted😉. You were there to lend a hand when needed. Even if that hand happen to be a drive to the hospital so I could give birth to my first child. That has to be my fondest memory. My great- uncle, who had never experience childbirth before, rushing me to the hospital. I never knew Uncle Orville could drive that fast or raise his voice! " hold on Tristan! Don't you come yet!" Was all I heard all the way to the hospital. there are many more memories that we shared, however that one was just ours. Great uncle Orville, I know you're at peace and excited to see Jimmy, however goodbyes are never easy. Love you lots. Until we meet again XO

Condolence: Uncle Orville always spoiled us with laughter and made us rich with memories of him. I will always remember his funny comments and conversations. When I was about 12 years old; I noticed he had a lot of change, and I asked Uncle Orville if I could have a toonie. He smiled and said, "I'll loan you that toonie but you owe me my toonie back." For years, he kept that joke going and I would try to give him his change but he never accepted it, he kept the joke going until the very end. I am going to miss him so much. He will forever be in my heart and in my memories of all the good times we had. All the fun stories he gave us I will always cherish. I love you Uncle Orville. I hope you are at peace and making Nanny laugh on the other side.

Condolence: It is with great sadness that we part ways with this fun and charismatic man. He always had stories he loved to tell and had an eccentric way with words that amused us and kept every moment interesting. I enjoyed the long conversations we would have on the phone sometimes we would talk for hours on end not wanting the conversation to end... He loved the gift of gab. He was like a Grandfather to my children and always looked forward to the pictures of his growing family. Today I am going to celebrate his life and hope that he has found peace and is playing tricks again on my Mom. Uncle Orville, I am going to miss you, I love you and we will meet again one day.
