FORTIN, Jacqueline Annette “Jackie” - Lost her courageous battle with Cancer on Friday, December 21st, 2018, surrounded by her loving family and friends in Pembroke, Ontario in her 71st year. Jackie Fortin (nee Rabishaw) of Pembroke, cherished wife and best friend of 53 years to Omer Fortin. Loving mother to Tom Lalonde (Nicole), Steven Fortin, Kerry Fortin (Janna) and Nikki Ewing (Chris). Adored Grandmother to Codie and Kayla Fortin Lalonde, Jessica and Colin Fortin, Eric and Jared Fortin Brett Fortin and Kaleb Fortin Yuill. Great Grandmother to precious Oliver and Eli. Jackie also leaves behind her brothers and sisters Cecil Lavigne (Thelma), Brian Demers, Pat Secord, Micheal Demers, Larry Demers, Carol Belanger, Bruce Demers and Wayne Demers. Predeceased by her mother Irene Rabishaw. Jackie will also be remembered fondly by many niece's and nephews, extended family and cherished lifelong friends.
