Condolence: John and I were colleagues on the Board of the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts for several years, where I really got to know him. His contributions were laudatory when appropriate and chiding when necessary. He conducted himself according to high ethical standards and required no less of others. He was a man of passionate heart. I shall miss him.
Condolence From: Mary Tomlinson, President of OAJA
Condolence: John was a longtime, much beloved member of the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts. He had a constant and gentle presence and always with a sense of humour. He gave of his time and energy to us and we will miss him greatly.
Condolence: This is very sad. I met John when he and his brother, Tom, were running the weekend dances in the bingo hall at the Point Road Plaza in Petawawa back in 1963/'64. I was playing with a band called the Royal Tones, and we got to know John pretty well. He was well respected both as a priest and a counsellor, and he will be missed by many.
