Dear Gay, Paulette & Tom,
You are in our thoughts at this time. We wish we could be with you to honour your Mom and share memories of times spent with her. We will hold fond memories of your Mom, joining in a sing song, playing cards or serving us a tasty meal during a visit to Deep River. I will also remember her as the one who lured my mother (Blanche) to her long standing addiction to soap operas. Those two gals loved to praise the story heroes and heroines, trash the bad apples and speculate on where it was all going. Lovely memories of a lovely person. Adèle & Tony

To Jimmy, Gayle and all families my thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Your Beatrice, has lived a long life and sometimes that hits you harder when your loved one departs and finality takes place. She has fought the fight, won the race and is now at peace. pCH

Please accept my most sincere condolences to each and every one of you, as you grieve the passing of your mother. Aunt Bea and your late father Uncle Cecil have given me funny memories to cherish, never to be forgotten. One evening they stayed over at the house on Dominion Street, and shortly after everyone had gone to bed, your father was dragging hangers hooked together, up and down the upstairs hallway. At first in the dark hallway I could not figure ...wh&#t the h%ll... was that sound, only to hear your mom say “...that’s enough Cecil, come to bed..” .and hearing his soft laugh.
I do I remember the “ladies” at the table and the men elsewhere... didn’t understand it then, but I do now... how lucky my Mom was to have such beautiful friends in your mom and aunts . For these memories I am so thankful.

I am unable to be at Aunt Bea’s funeral service on the 21st, as i have a specialist appointment in Ottawa that day. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Perhaps, some day we will meet again.
