Debbi McGilligan of Chalk River, beloved daughter of Justine Marie McGilligan (nee Lane) and the late James Alfred McGilligan. Loving mother of Stephanie Wylie. Dear sister of Lori (the late Mark) Popplewell and Kimberly McGilligan. Caring aunt of Nolan, Christopher (Patricia), Amanda (Mike) McGilligan-Chaisson, Karissa (Derrick), Nodyia, Trinnitie, Aiva, Lincoln and Paisley. Predeceased by niece Kari Popplewell.
