BUSKE, Gerald Herbert “Sonny” - Peacefully at Miramichi Lodge on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 in his 84th year. Sonny Buske of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Eleanor Buske (nee Chenier). Loving father of Stephen of Pembroke, Michael of Stayner and David (Linda) of Pembroke. Caring grandfather of Tyler, Aaron, Hayley, Shyann, and Avery. Caring great grandfather of Charlie, Henry, Kyra, Brinley and Elowin. Dear brother of Helen (the late Glen) Moore, Betty Leach, Jeannette (Joe) Poirier, Ernie (Harlene), Marjorie Walker (Gerald Haley), Herb Jr. (the late Carlyn) and Fred (Kathy). Predeceased by sister Doris (George) Lemieux, and by brother William Buske. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Thursday, July 28th, 2022 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
