CHAPUT, John Gilbert “Jean” - Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 27th, 2020 in his 86th year from heart failure. John is predeceased by his beloved companion, friend and wife, Estelle Jeanne Chaput (nee Boucher). He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his devoted son, Rheaume and wife Shelley. Loving pépère of Janice (Scott Canning) of New Brunswick, Jonathan of Medicine Hat, AB, Jennifer of Ottawa, and Justine of Chapeau. Dear brother of Adrien Chaput. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Lucien and Elisabeth Chaput (nee Vaillancourt), and by siblings Alfred (Imelda), Marc (Rita) and Berth “Betty” (Leo) Mainville.
