LAVERDURE, Marena - Peacefully at Carefor, Mackay on Saturday, December 28th, 2019 in her 79th year. Marena Laverdure (nee Letby) of Pembroke, beloved daughter of the late Gordon and Irene Letby (nee Laronde). Much loved and cherished sister of Daniel of Pembroke. Caring aunt of Heather (John) Demers, Daniel Jr. (Marcella), Karen (Gilbert) Vanlohuizen and Julie (Greg) Patterson. Predeceased by brother Ronald. Sadly missed by many grand nieces, grand nephews, great grand nieces and great grand nephews. Respecting Marena’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of the Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke on Monday, January 6th, 2020 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Carefor Health & Community Services would be appreciated.
