BELLEFONTAINE, Peter E. - It is with great sadness we announce that Peter passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on August 6th, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Loving husband of Lillianne (nee Lafrance), father of Kari and Kris (Melissa Valois) and grandfather of Joseph Tyler “JT’ Park, Mickayla Park, Abigail and Reese Bellefontaine. Dear brother of Colleen (Karl) Filipps and Neil (Denise). Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Mary Bellefontaine, infant son Francis Allen and by brothers Donald (Klara), Douglas and Brian (Bev). Peter was a proud veteran who served as a member of the R.C.E.M.E. Corps. He was deployed with the UN to missions in Germany, Egypt and Cyprus and was a member of the Petawawa Legion.

on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke on Monday, August 10th, 2020 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation.
