HEARTY, Vina Mary - Passed away peacefully with daughter Patti by her side, at Marianhill on Friday March 27th, 2020 in her 84th year. Vina Hearty (nee Cosgrove) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Connolly Hearty. Loving mother of Patricia Hearty (Manny Andre) of Pembroke, Ken Hearty (Cindy) of Ottawa and Connie Hearty (Martin Carney) of Okanagan, BC. Caring grandmother of Alyssa Hearty (Adam King) of Sydenham. Dear sister of Tim, Lorna Lapointe, Frances Marion. Predeceased by brothers Thomas, Bernard, Norman and Simon and also sisters Evelyn Smith, Doris Cosgrove, Mona Grant and Dawn Ryan. Vina will also be greatly missed by dozens of nieces and nephews. A private viewing for the immediate family only will be held, followed by interment at St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. The family would like to extend deep appreciation to the medical and support staff at Marianhill as well as Pastoral Care.
