BONORA, Aurelia - Peacefully at Marianhill on Sunday, August 24th, 2014 in her 87th year. Aurelia Bonora (nee Mohns) “Life Member of Ladies Auxiliary Branch 72” of Pembroke and formerly of Chalk River, beloved wife of the late Victor Bonora. Daughter of the late Henry and Eva Mohns (nee Turcotte), and stepmother Ethel Paquette. Survived by sisters Eileen (Lawrence/Chummy) Helferty of Pembroke and Sharon (Bruce) Ryan of Petawawa, by brothers Brian (Judy) Mohns of Petawawa and Giles (Susan) Mohns of Petawawa, and by sisters-in-law Jeannine Mohns of Pembroke and Nettie Mohns of Chelmsford. Predeceased by sisters Carmen (the late Charlie) Beland, Iveagh (the late Harold) Sheedy and Margaret Reid, and by brothers Lloyd, Willard and Dennis Mohns. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Respecting Aurelia’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Interment of Ashes in Forestview Cemetery, Chalk River.
