Obituary for Frederick "Ernie" Connors

CONNORS, Frederick “Ernie” - Peacefully at Marianhill on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 in his 85th year. Ernie Connors (Member of Branch 72, Royal Canadian Legion) of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Muriel Alma Connors (nee Trainor). Loving father of Muriel Dare of Calgary, Colleen (Jake Sauvé) of Pembroke, Thomas (Kim) of Pembroke and Patricia (Steve Malcolm) of Pembroke. Caring grandfather of John, Michael, Nicole, Sean, Katy, Sarah, Megan, Keyra and Brenna. Sadly missed by his loving cat Wednesday. Predeceased by parents Reginald and Helen Connors (nee Flynn) and by son Craig (Beth) Connors. A private family visitation will be held at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke, ON, K8A 5T8 (613) 732-7481. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke on Thursday, December 11th, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ontario SPCA - Renfrew County Branch would be appreciated. Online Condolences may be left at www.nevillefuneralhome.ca
