DELAURIER, Laura - Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Friday, November 11th, 2016 in her 88th year. Laura Delaurier (nee Dupuis) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Willard Delaurier. Dear mother of Kevin (Andree) of Pembroke, Karen (late Jack) Fournier of Pembroke and Helen Delaurier (Joe) Mississauga. Loving gramma to Bonnie-Jean Jones, Shawn Buske, Douglas Tarzwell, Lori-Anne Davidson, Tammy Boytel, Danny Delaurier, Jennifer Murphy, Melissa and Christopher Soares. Predeceased by her parents Alcide and Carrie Dupuis (nee Hanes), by son Daryl Delaurier, by daughter Dianne Rabishaw, by sister Lola Boisvert, and by brothers Leo, Lester, Lloyd and Lindy Dupuis. Respecting Laura's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
