The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Norman McGillivray can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

After a Long Days Work

From Sandra to Daddy..

When I was a little girl I remember Mommy having supper on the table when daddy came in the door/.First a kiss for mommy and an exchange of how was your day and then throughout supper if the boys arms , feet or anything happen to touch each other at the table the battle was on and I have to say that daddy became quite a referee.almost every night. When supper was over daddy would reach for his news paper but he would see my head hanging and of course I hoped he would and he would put the paper down because he knew it was time for me to get on his knee. Yes it was Plunk Plunk time.He would bounce me up and down singing Plunk Plunk until his legs were sore.He would then ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I would tell  him I wanted to be a BLOOD DONUT. Nope its not misspelled and I don't have a clue where this ever came from! These are just a few little memories I have of my Father. He made one heck of an ally board too.  ALL MY LOVE FOREVER, THANK YOU DADDY
