Dear Bill and family: I was saddened to learn of your mother's passing. She was my home room teacher in Gr. 10 and my french language teacher throughout my years at PCI. I remember her fondly for trying to instill in me some understanding of our Country's other official language and which became very beneficial later in my career with the Federal public service.
