Such a sweet lady...heaven has gained an angel for sure. Geri was one of the kindest and most caring clinical instructors in the nursing program at Algonquin. Even after many years she would remember her students. I would see her often when she would stop in to see her Aunt Toni at Marianhill. We would chat a few minutes and she always asked how things were with me and my family. Rest easy sweet lady. Karen

Geri was a beloved friend . We graduated together from the Lorrain School of Nursing in 1963 and kept in close contact with each other since then. She was the God Mother of one of our daughters , we visited each other in Pembroke or Ottawa on many occasions over the years, and always looked forward to doing so. We also chatted on the phone regularly .
I will miss her and her friendship. Our sincere sympathy to Dave & Sandra, Pat & Doreen and all other family members as well.

There will be many stories to share in days and weeks to come with those who had the privilege of knowing Geri in some small way. She was a 'quiet leader' at PGH and the Lorrain School of Nursing when I was on Staff there. My sincere condolences to her family and colleagues.

Rest in Peace, Geri!
