SYLVESTRE, Jack E. - Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Monday, January 6th, 2020 in his 78th year. Jack Sylvestre of Petawawa, beloved husband of Gale Sylvestre (nee Dawson). Loving father of Tami Sylvestre (Craig Edmonds) and Sandy Rafuse. Caring grandfather of Claire and Charlie Edmonds, and Brandon Rafuse. Predeceased by parents Adelard and Isobel Sylvestre (nee Milark), and by stepfather George Gauvin. The family will receive relatives and friends at the

Gail & Family, we were truly sorry to hear of Jacks passing. Have fond memories of the times we spent together at the Rondeau and Esso Hunt Camps. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Gale and Family,
