Condolence: I am so sad to learn of Nicole's passing, but comforted to know that at the end of her life here on Earth she was at peace. Nicole told me once that the tree on my front lawn helped her feel strong as she went through treatment for her illness, and she told me that seeing it standing strong helped her feel strong, just to look at it. I will miss chatting with her, and her friendly encouragement of me. She always showed me so much tolerance and understanding. She set a beautiful example we can all learn from. My prayers are with her loved ones at this time.

Condolence: Our sincere condolences. We, at New Avenues Linguistic services, were privileged to work with Nicole for a number of years. We and her French language students benefited greatly from her formidable work ethics, her vast knowledge, her unfailing compassion, her great sense of humor, her constant devotion towards her students and the people she assessed, her remarkable energy, her faithful support of her colleagues. We missed her terribly when she retired and will continue to miss her sunny disposition. She was truly a gift from God to all those who were fortunate enough to meet her.

Condolence: My sincere condolences to Sister Nicole's family and members of her Sisters of St. Joseph family. Sister Nicole was my teacher when St. Michael's school in Douglas was newly opened. We were fortunate to be exposed to learning French long before it became a regular part of the curriculum! I remember her as having interesting stories to share with us of her life growing up and her work in Peru.
